Each player may hold only one star4d account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the star4d website and all associated services operated at star4d.cam ("Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, carry the meanings set out below:

Access to star4d is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times:
Age Restriction Notice: star4d strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Any account found to be held by a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All balances and winnings associated with underage accounts will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting applicable transaction costs.

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.
Each individual is permitted to hold one star4d account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, bank accounts, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. star4d will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you. Notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All accounts on star4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign-currency accounts are supported at this time.
star4d is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process is designed to protect players against fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Players will be notified by email once their account has been verified or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is fully approved.
The Company reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time, including when a player's cumulative withdrawals exceed certain thresholds or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits or withdrawals made via third-party accounts will be rejected and may trigger an account review.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. star4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your star4d account within two minutes of successful payment confirmation. The Company is not liable for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with proof of transfer.
Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend to up to 24 hours during peak periods or when additional security checks are required. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). star4d does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on star4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 subject to a 20x wagering requirement must generate total wagers of Rp 2.000.000 before the associated funds become withdrawable.
Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and specialty games such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers on bandar bola (Indonesia's local sports betting market) markets contribute at the rate stated per promotion.
Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically. star4d will send reminder notifications prior to expiry where technically feasible.
The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using software to exploit promotional mechanics, or colluding with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements.
star4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform with reasonable notice. Promotions tied to seasonal events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day — are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms.
All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a disputed result, the Company's decision, based on official league or governing-body data, is final. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to their own combination rules as stated at the time of bet placement.
All casino games on star4d use certified random number generators (RNG) or are operated by licensed live-dealer studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and NetEnt. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel. The Company does not alter RTP settings below the studio-certified baseline.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on star4d follow published draw schedules and payout tables. Draw results are final and independently verified. Disputes regarding togel outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant draw via the support team.
In the event of a technical error, server failure, or connectivity interruption during an active game round or live bet, the Company will use all commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the affected session. Where reconstruction is not possible, wagers placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. The Company's decision in such circumstances is final.
star4d reserves the right to void any wager that was placed based on obvious errors in odds or game parameters, including but not limited to data feed failures, pricing errors, or results announced in error by a third-party data provider. Players will be notified and stakes returned in the event of voidance.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorized use of the star4d brand, trademarks, or Platform content may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, star4d's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
star4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or risk-management concern. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held and released or forfeited depending on the outcome of the review.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be settled. Real-money balances net of unsettled bonus obligations will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of the closure request being processed.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. The Company will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormant account fees will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing a refreshed identity check if required.
star4d reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notification on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory direction, in which case they may take immediate effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Clause 12.2. The version date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into effect.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law, as applied by the Company's licensing jurisdiction. The Company operates under internationally recognized gaming standards and maintains its registered operations outside Indonesia.
In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. The Company commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and issuing a full written response within 14 calendar days.
If the internal complaints procedure does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the matter may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by the Company. The Company's decision on all gaming disputes, including the settlement of bets and the calculation of winnings, is final pending any successful ADR outcome.
